store song on SD card

hello

i have a new LG g3 on lollipop

and i try to put my song on my 64gb sd card.

it seems to store some info on the sd card but the application storage is also groing on ty internal storage.

i had before a sony z1 and eveirything was fine, all the song on sd no problem at all.

any idea on how to solve that ? 

i already test the tutorial formating the sd card on fat 32,....

Hi there, I think it may just be the system accumulating the total data usage? Mine does that; all offline music cache is on my SD however when looking at the app it will accumalate this into a total storage usage.

If you use an app like ES Explorer you can interrogate your memory and see if it is actually storing data on your phone memory.

the strange part is, on the phone the spotify folder is empty

but the capacity of the storage one the phone is les and less empty,...

why does android consider that the space on the sd card is also on the phone storage ?

You could try a completely clean install, but as long as data is showing in the Android/data/com.spotify.mobile folder then the cache is set to your SD card.
