the playlists on my spotify aren't loading. it says all of them are empty

The playlists, including the ones I've made myself and the ones recommended by spotify aren't loading/are empty. the songs aren't playing either. everytime i play a song, it turns back off.

Could you let us know if the issue is on a specific device?. I would recommend to clear cache, perform clean re-install and try accessing the playlist and let us know if the issue persist.
