unable to login on Android app

i am unable to login from my phone, i was logged out auomatically.

In this case, just to confirm, are you receiving an error when trying to log in? If yes, would you mind sending us a screenshot of said error? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.

On another note, is your account connected to an external service such as Facebook, Google or Apple? If yes, are you trying to log in with an external service? We suggest you try to log in with the email linked to your account (if any) and password to see if you notice any difference. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here.

Lastly, we'd suggest you give a look at this article and try some of the steps there. If this behavior persists afterwards, please send us a full detailed description of exactly what is happening on your side.
