unsolicited Spotify launch in the car

There's one problem that a lot of people have been dealing with for years, and Spotify is completely ignoring it. Only very incompetent and incredibly stupid answers come from Spotify.... Brief recap of the problem: I get in my car, turn on the radio via BT, someone calls me, I answer the call ... hang up, Spotify starts playing ... I don't want that! I want to keep listening to the radio. Another option: I get in the car, play the radio via BT, turn on the navigation on my phone, drive, listen to the radio, the navigation speaks, stupid Spotify starts playing, I rage, play the radio on my phone again and listen via BT, in a minute the navigation speaks again, starts playing **fubleepck**ing Spotify. I never want to listen to Spotify automatically in the car! I have been paying Premium for a very long time, but this month I ran out of patience and will not renew my subscription. Spotify absolutely coughs up problems, invents **bleep** and actually has been useless for a long time... It has not yet happened that someone competent has answered for Spotify, to make it clear that Spotify perceives the problems of subscribers and that they are solving them.
