Crashes, with the new tiles. When the phone is off or is leaves the app

I enjoy listening to music during my nine hours shift but whenever I scroll even one tile I was down with your new ui. It crashes within a minute of leaving the app or turning off the phone.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? This resolves most of the common issues.

It's also worth checking, if Spotify is set as an exception in the background process optimizing settings on your device. Here is a collection of steps for different brands.
