upgrade did not work

upgrade did not work

Does anybody know how to make the account upgrade to work? I've been a premium user for more than a year but canceled the service for a month. Today I decided to be premium again so I set my card and everything again but it's not working on any of my devices not even my computer, It says I'm a free user and that's not true. HELP ME PLEASE.

Try logging out of all your devices. Are you using the correct login?
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling. Then let us know if the problem persists. 🙂

Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. 

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you activate the premium.
