when change scrubber audio go mute, have to pause and play the music to reproduce again.

To begin, could you confirm that it's when you're toggling the progress bar (moving it from left to right) that shows the length of a track that would cause the audio to mute? Did you notice when this behavior started and if it was after something specific? Are you streaming music to an external device such as a speaker for example when this happens?
This could be a small issue on your device which is caused by corrupted cache so with this said I recommend giving Spotify a clean reinstall if you've not already done so. You can follow the steps here.
If there's no change, it'd be great if you could send us a video recording of the behavior so we can take a look. You can either attach it to your next response via the Insert Video option in the post editor or upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Sorry for the delay, it happens when not or using external device, all time practically, and is when moving audio progress bar, I reinstalled Spotify, but still the same issue.

Today was an awful day because after 3 songs mute but still playing.

Did you by any chance notice when this behavior started on Spotify?
It's great that you performed a clean reinstall, however, if you're using an SD-card and the behavior persists, there could be corrupted cache there which is also worth clearing.
If that's the case, would you mind removing the SD-card from your phone and reinstalling the app once again? Then please test without the card.
In case there's no change, it'd be great if you could ask a relative or a friend to log in to their Spotify account on your phone.

I tried everything and nothing, work, desperate because Spotify is a core app for me, I factory reset the phone, will be testing for at least until Monday, then will close this issue.

My Question or Issue
Ever since this morning, my Spotify audio has been cutting out every time I skip, select a song/podcast, or scrub through a song/podcast timeline. The time continues to count/progress while no sound is playing. The sound only returns when I skip the song, elect a new song/podcast, or scrub through the timeline again.
This cycle repeats. If I pick a song and get no audio, then I skip and get audio, then skip and no audio etc....
Very frustrating.
