you are in offline mode cant login - Android Oneplus 7t

On the last 2 days i cant used spotify on phone. First day app think i dont have internet connections, i used mobile data and wifi doesnt work. i try
restart phone , reinstall app, check update and settings - none of it worked.
Now i cant login "You are in offline mode, check interrnet connection"
specification: Oneplus 7t, oxygen os 11.0.9.1.hd65ba

In this case, we understand you've already tried reinstalling the app on your device, but we'd like you to perform, if you haven't yet, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the Spotify app, so you can make sure the cache is not leading to this behavior. You can find out the steps to do it here.

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the exact Spotify version you have running in your device ?Just to clarify, is this happening over WiFi and 3G/4G or does it happen only when connected to Wifi? We'd suggest checking in the mobile phone settings if you restricted the use of the app when using both Wifi and mobile data.

Thanks for letting us know this started to happen 2 days ago. Did you notice if this started after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
