Hello, 

I order the Car Thing last week and still have not received an email with the shipping information. The last email received was the order number and confirmation email that the order was recieved. I've been reading many posts that have this same issue. There isn't any information/link to even ask for a refund or order history.

I have had the same issue. Whenever I contact the support team, they always say oh we can't give you your money back until you receive Car Thing. The website says the user has 14 days from the PURCHASE DATE to return the Car Thing to ask for a refund. I just talked to customer support who said I had 14 say from the DATE RECEIVED to return the item. If I don't get an email by the end of the week, I will talk to my credit card company to try to get my money back. This is ridiculous.
