Carthing? Where is it and why can’t I get a refund?

Carthing? Where is it and why can’t I get a refund?

i purchased a carthing through the website around June and never received anything. When I went to ask for refund the staff says nothing they can do.. or just wait longer. I just want my money back at this point. Is there anyone working in Spotify that can actually help me? It’s crazy because I have been with y’all for years and now everytime I try and get help I get a SOL answer.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

When you complete the Car Thing purchase, you should receive notifications to the email linked to the account, so first, we'd recommend making sure that you have the correct email registered in your account. If it is, we'd suggest checking all the folders in your email, including spam and junk folders.

 

In case you don't find any info in your email, it's possible that you made the purchase using a different account by mistake. In that case, we'd also recommend checking all your alternative emails you may have (including sub-folders) to check if any of them has the confirmation.

 

However, if none of the above worked, as we don't have access to the users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support again, but make sure to ask to be transferred directly to the Car Thing support team so they can help you further.
