Hey I got my car thing it charged me but I still haven’t gotten a shipping email or received it and it’s been weeks

I myself have not received my Car Thing! I ordered it July 22nd and got the email saying its being shipped via UPS and is on its way, and here it is September and I have not gotten it!

I bought my car thing on August 31st and I still haven't gotten an email about it shipping

I was getting worried because I got an email saying mine was shipped on 8/26/2022 and it’s 9/7/2022 and I still done have it!!! I can’t believe you still don’t have yours!

Thank you for your replies in this thread. 

To start, we suggest you make sure you're checking the email that is currently registered on your account. 
 

If everything seems okay with your contact information, check if you have been charged for it. Afterwards, head right to your mail and check your Junk/Spam folders.
 

For those of you that received an e-mail for the purchase we'd recommend using the tracking number/ID provided in the order confirmation to track the parcel on the UPS tracking portal.
 

If the issue continues, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to check what's going on.
