In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us more details on how you connect Spotify to your car? Is it a media system built into the stereo that offers the Spotify app? Are you using Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, AndroidAuto or Apple CarPlay?

On another note, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you're receiving when trying to play music on Spotify in your car?
