In Tesla version of the Spotify app... When playing foreign songs that can have peculiar characters (à,ü,é...) those are always misspelled with symbols like if it was a conflict between different characters sets (eg: ASCII vs ISO).
This is really annoying.

The Spotify app for Tesla vehicles is developed by the manufacturer, using Spotify API. It's best you reach out directly to Tesla support for further assistance with this issue.

Is this an issue that you are facing with Car Thing, or a software feature on the Tesla vehicle itself? Can you also send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? I'll take a closer look.
