If you've kept track of me for all of this year,
there really should be no surprises here,
for my recent journey can be best split in two
by the two biggest movements I tended to pursue.
First some mechanized industrial tech,
hitting so hard, you'll be left a wreck.
Equal parts heavy and equal parts fun,
I loved this journey that last December begun.
Cyberpunk melancholy and dystopian realms
a dark dancing journey with HEALTH at the helm.
I partied and partied night after night,
these synthesized tunes made my heart feel so right!
The other side was doom metal, gloomy and dark,
with a distinct stoner flavour to add some more spark.
Whether it was darkness and a sense of despair,
with a sense of dream felt everywhere.
Or a stoner filled party of riffs thick and slow
They allowed my heart (and library) to grow!
But don't be afraid of this dark, macabre style
you can find comfort in darkness if you stay for a while.
And thus we reach the end of the road
so we can reflect on the journey that we all rode.
