2021 Wrapped "Top Genres"

The 2021 wrapped was good and accurate to my listening history when I first encountered it, but there was something weird when it got to my "Top Genres". All other genres seemed accurate, but at #4 was a genre that I never listened to, "Dream SMP". My account is secure, so I have no idea how this could of happened. Even if I accidently listened to random songs in my sleep its weird how it would reach #4.

Do you listen to Wilbur Soot or Lovejoy? It seems that Spotify not only counts creators on the DreamSMP that you listen to, but popular songs in the fandom. Heatwaves and the like that would most likely be considered a part of the genre, even though it has nothing to do with it besides the fandom.

I have one of Spotify's playlists (specifically "teen angst") hearted, which has one of Wilbur Soot's songs in it. I remember listening to only 2 seconds of it because I've heard of the song before. But still, I don't get how 1 song in a playlist I hearted and listening to it for 2 seconds counts form it being #4 in my Top Genres.

Some genres may appear with odd names, this is because our world music experts strive to describe music in a way that is consistent with how fans experience it.

A lot of songs completely unrelated to DreamSMP are tagged with it. So despite not being interested in DreamSmp it might have ended up in your Top 5 that way.

Edit: it's not just songs created by those creators. I know Lemon Demon, Toby Fox and Mother Mother for example are tagged with DreamSMP despite being totally unrelated
