Hello

The 30 second limit is another reason to leave Spotify - I am a paying member, paying for music I mostly already own, and now I can't share it.

Why is this? I pay already, and I can get the whole song on the Spotify player?

This is pathetic customer support and a great reason to just leave Spotify.

I have looked around the forums and there is no help, even from the moderators who seem to know nothing.

Can you please explain the 30 second problem you are having in more detail? What is happening that is only 30 seconds?
