About 200-300 songs have completely disappeared from my liked songs???

About 200-300 songs have completely disappeared from my liked songs???

My Question or Issue

Almost every song I have i have added into my liked songs for the past couple months has been suddenly removed. I'm assuming it's a bug since I doubt 20~ of my recent artists all decided to remove their songs/became unavailable at the same time. If I go to any of the artists pages, it still says that their songs have been added but they are no longer there???

Welcome to the Community!

 

So we can investigate this further, could you give us some more details:

 

  • When did this start happening? Was it after an update of the app for example?
  • Have you tried on any other device(s)?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Sometimes it can help if you log out > log back in twice in a row because it can resync your account and the device you're using. 

 

Keep us in the loop.

Hi,

I have tried logging in and out which did not work, however I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which seemed to have fixed it.
