About List and User/Artist Name

Hi, I have a problem, somebody next to me search my artist name and then her do clic on see the play list of the artist and surprise! there were none of my lists(I’m have only one), also she is follower of my artist profile, instead of that there was 3 Spotify list similars to my artist name.. why? I’m sure my list is public... I don’t get it 🤔 my list have my name! The other issue was: she do clic in my user name... then she start to follow my user and the list start to apear In her search... you get it? What’s sense have that? If someone in India is looking my playlist they don’t will find it un unless they follow my personal profile? Also... can I hide my personal profile? is not good that my profile(whit last name) is linked to my artist name(a nickname). I hope someone guide me. Thanks.
