My Question or Issue

In the album "Blume von Hawaii" there is a high pitch sound noticable from the 11th number in the operetta from Paul Abraham.

As you can see I checked it on multiple devices and multiple ISP providers... So I tested everything from other device to other internet connections to look at possible causes. 
Can this isue get fixed??? Is this because I'm using the free option? Or what else can I do?

Contacten Spotify, but I need to contact the owner of the album... so how xan I contact them... "the art of singing" it says is the owner...
