Accidentally reported a artist/album as explicit content which was my best content.

How to bring them back so that I can play.

Not to worry! This won't affect your account in any way and will make no difference in your experience. 

In order to report an artist, you have to go through a few steps, and I guess it would be hard to do it accidentally. Are you sure the link bellow is the one you visited?
