Albums disappeared?

My albums have disappeared from the desktop app, and the phone app crashes when I try and view them. I can still access them from the web-player. What's going on?

Make sure you perform a clean reinstall on any device where you can't access the Albums tab using the Spotify app. This ensures cache issues or corrupted files getting in the way will be removed. 

If the clean reinstall doesn't help try cleaning up the hosts file on your PC. Here you can find the steps on how to do it.  

When on a mobile device, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings. You can also authorize Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. These features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
