Albums have songs not originally to that album

am making the switch from YouTube music and started noticing that when listen to albums songs that don't belong on there appear. (Shuffle isn't on) The original toxicity album from system of a down has 14 songs while the one on Spotify has 21, as an example (from system of a down) on toxicity it doesn't have the song hypnotize that originally and belongs to another album called hypnotize, but because the way Spotify is hypnotize is on toxicity. Is there any way to fix this without pain stakingly fact checking every playlist noticed it on other artists too such as Joji, boy with uke, and lil darkie their is probably more but I'm not sorting tru every album)
