An album is no longer available, but only for me

An album is no longer available, but only for me

'Infest the Rats' Nest' by -King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard is the album I streamed the most in september. Now all of a sudden, it says it's no longer available. The issue here is that it seems it's not available only for me because it is possible to play it from a friend's device.

Hi there, thanks for writing!

We know that Spotify would like to make all the world's music available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders. I can see that this album is currently only available in the United States.

On the other hand, new content is added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find something you’re looking for now, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

Meanwhile you can try to reach the artists through their social media channels!

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

It seems down for me too... maybe your friend got the album downloaded? Anyway, seems KGLW bought the rights to their albums from Flightless Records and will soon put them up again.

my friend, I'm doing this too, this is my heart album and I can't listen to it here ;-;

Hey all,

I guess the best thing to do now is to reach the artists (and Flightless Records) through their social media channels. This might speed up the process!
