Artist's discography missing one album

There is an Italian singer that I like to listen to called Francesca Michielin. She has 4 albums released so far, but only the 1st (Riflessi di me), 2nd (di20are) and 4th (Feat (Stato di natura) are available for me to listen on Spotify. For some reason her 3rd album (2640) is not even thought the rest of her music is and she lists the album in her merch section. I have already used the Spotify request form, but I'm not sure if that works for an album that might be available in other parts of the world.

Thanks. I thought it could be a region thing. I was just confused since her other albums are available on Spotify and this album is available in my region on Apple Music and iTunes.
