Artists marked "Do not turn on" are included in the formation of playlists.

Greetings to everyone reading this. English is not my first language, so sorry about it in advance.
Every time I search for new artists and tracks, I use Spotify personal playlists such as Mixes of the Day, Discovery of the Week, New Release Radar and others, but there is one question. It seems a little odd to me that Spotify adds artists to such playlists that I previously prohibited from playing. I do not exclude the possibility that I simply do not know how to fix this, which is why I am writing this post.
So, is there any way to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

If you don't want to listen to any song from a specific artist, you can go to their artist profile > 3-dot menu > Don't play this. This should block all content from that artist on all your devices. Note that if a song is featuring that artists it might still be played.
