Best way to convert Pandora station of artists to Spotify?

My Question or Issue

I've been using Pandora since its very beginning. I always use a custom Pandora station that consists of a very long list of my favorite artists from multiple genres. In the past, I loved Pandora's recommendations. It introduced me to many new artists who have become my favorites.

I'm considering switching to Spotify for these reasons:

1. I'm getting tired of Pandora's limited recommendations. Although my playlist consists of about a hundred artists, whose combined songs number in the 10s of thousands, it usually plays just a few of the same few songs over and over. About 95% of the songs it plays are repeats from the past few days; only about 5% are new.

2. Pandora's Apple CarPlay implementation stopped working well with iOS 18. It's not clear if the bug is in Apple or Pandora's software, but neither company appears to be in a hurry to fix it. Most of my music listening is done while driving with CarPlay.

I tried using TuneMyMusic and similar apps to convert my Pandora custom station to Spotify, which didn't work. It looks like those apps only convert individual songs, not artists.

The best method I've found to use Spotify like Pandora is:

1. Manually create a radio station for each of my favorite artists.

2. Combine all the individual radio stations into a single playlist using "add to other playlist".

3. Shuffle that playlist

The problem with this approach is I only get 50 songs from each artist's playlist, and they don't automatically refresh like a radio station does.

Is there a better way to get Spotify act like my Pandora custom station? If not, how do you suggest I use Spotify to at least come close to what I am used to?
