Can't find a song, but I remember the album cover well.

It's a slow kind of indie-pop song that I don't remember the name or lyrics of. The album cover had a string of shiny paper letters on the wall that said

"Goodbye Art". Under the letters was a yellow puppet thing with 2 arms reaching outwards. There were two boys in the foreground, one on drums and one singing. I drew it to the best of my ability. Please help this is killing me

Have you tried google chrome I believe you can still right Click on the photo and search it using chrome.
