Can you add the song that you don't have?

There can be various reasons for content to be unavailable on platforms like Spotify. One of them is licensing deals. The copyright owner can take down or restrict content in certain regions. In those cases, there is not much Spotify can do. Once the deals are back in place, you should be able to find them in the app. 

However, you can add your songs to the apps. This comes with some limitations like you cannot share that song with anyone else.
