Can't play the song.

Hello guys, excuse me for my poor english, i'll try to be as clear as possible.

I don't know if it's the right place to write this but i face some issues. I'll explain, i was on a twitch stream (french guy) and there was a song, i tried to find it. I found the song's name (apeX icy - Waves). I discovered that the song was playing on spotify   (as u can see below on attachment) but not in the app on w10. I was like why can't i listen to it if i find the song then i was wondering, is the song not playing in my country ? (i'm living in belgium) so i tried a vpn but still can't listen to that song. I can add the song to a playlist or like it but it doesn't appear on the library.

So, .. is someone can help me about that ? why this streamer can listen to that song and not me ? ( i've already ask him about the song but he still not answer yet) It's a problem with spotify ? or my country ?

Just potentially, is there a problem with the whole of your W10 app or is it exclusively that one song? Or that one artist? Or region of artists?

Availability of albums and songs can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels. Unfortunately, this is something Spotify doesn't have control on.
