Creating business playlists (NOT to play in venues)

Solved!

Creating business playlists (NOT to play in venues)

Hey.
We are a fintech company based in the UK. We provide international spending cards.
We want to create playlists and plan to include them in our blogs, emails, etc to our customers as a little something fun for them.
An example: The blog could be ''Beach Restaurants in Spain to use your Card'' in the blog we would include a play list we make ''Beach tunes''
OR another example
- On our Instagram we post a picture of our Travel Card and a link to our playlist ''Summer breaks in the city''
Please note these are references.

Are we allowed to create playlists so share through our business?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, keep in mind that brands can create regular Spotify accounts and customize the profiles as they wish. They can also create playlists to share with their users, always following the playlist and image guidelines.

That being said, your company can create an account and a playlist to share in blogs or emails. Just a reminder: Spotify is for personal use. The use of the account to listen to music inside the company is prohibited, as each user should use their own Spotify account.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything else, we're always a post away.
