Different Greyed Out Songs Across Devices

I created a playlist last night on my Mac and all the songs were playing fine. This morning when I was playing the playlist on my iPhone I saw that some songs dissapered, then I went to the Web Browser player and saw that some songs in the playlist were greyed out, and some of the songs greyed out matched the songs missing on my phone but there were also songs I could play on my iPhone that were greyed out according to the Web Browser played. What is going on or what am I doing wrong?

Usually when a song is greyed out, it means that the song was imported as a local track and that it's not on Spotify. The songs may be local files on your phone, but are not playable on Spotify itself. Hope this answered your question.
