Does a song get removed from a playlist if....

Hello Spotify Experts!

Does a song get removed from a playlist if Spotify lose the license for it to remain on the service? Ie. If I add a song to a playlist when there is currently a license for it to be on spotify, then the license for the song gets revoked for some reason, does the 'entry' still stay on the playlist (even though I understand I cant listen to it). So that if the license resumes in the future the song will once again appear in the playlist like previously...?

Hey @PaulClark! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Yes, the songs will remain in your playlist even when they get removed because of licensing changes.

But you need to set this up in your settings. 

Settings > Display Options >Show unavailable songs in playlists
