Fresh finds won't update

Fresh finds won't update

Since 28.08.18, the fresh finds playlists do not update. I am a Premium user and other playlists do update.

What do I have to do?

Hi @aldama76

Official Spotify made playlists (not the ones made specifically for you like Discover Weekly but the ones on the Spotify profile) does not have strict update times. Just wait for a few days it should be updated eventually.

but the playlist has not been updated for almost six weeks, whereas it is mentioned on the Spotify webpage that it will be updated every Wednrsday?

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you try logging out and then logging back in again, and seeing if the playlist updates?

Could you also try this on another device and see if the issue persists?

 

If that does not work, would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here?

 

It would also help us if you could provide us with the following information in the meantime:

  • Device and OS version
  • Spotify app version
