My Question or Issue

Hi guys,
I have a question regarding “My Episodes” under the “Libraries” folder

When I open the libraries, I see the message “37 downloaded episodes”. When I click on “my episodes”, I only see 1 downloaded episode. Why does Spotify show 37 downloaded episodes?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

Since this behavior could be caused by some damaged cache, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. As a heads up, this process will also remove all your downloads, so you'll have to download your content again if you want to play it offline.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
