Local Files not downloading to iPhone

I've tried everything. I added my music to a playlist (and i've tried with multiple different playlists), been connected to the same network, tried the hotspot option i found on one of the original posts for this, etc. My app is up to date on both my computer and my iphone. The phone is currently stuck looking like it would be downloading the songs, but it's been saying that for 2 days and nothing has come up. I didn't have this issue the last time I uploaded local files. I can answer any questions about what I have and have not done.

Try with a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

The playlist is now stuck with the Loading symbol. This is not the first time this has happened, I redownloaded the app on both my iPhone and my computer (Windows). What can I do to fix this?

Hi symptomz!

Try following these steps:

1. Create a playlist folder.
2. Right-click that folder and choose to create a playlist inside.
3. Move the loading playlist above the playlist you just created, so that it is now contained in your folder.
4. Delete the folder.
