Just to confirm, is the app maximized or have you resized it?
Also, could you let us know if you notice any difference after a clean reinstall of the app? This can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing issues.

Thanks for your quick reply.
In this case, would you mind restarting your PC in Safe mode and reinstall the app again following the steps we've sent you previously? Make sure to download the app this time from the Microsoft Store.
If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you check your firewall and antivirus and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.
