My Spotify will not play music offline when I pay for premium.

My Spotify will not play music offline when I pay for premium.

I have tried all the steps to get content to play without wifi, my billing information is correct. Nothing works and it’s been like this for almost a month. What’s the point in paying for premium if it doesn’t work??

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We'd love to help, we just need some more info on what's happening from your end.

 

Does this happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with a specific one? The make, model and OS of your device(s) would be great to know.

Also, is the Spotify app set to Offline mode when this occurs? Or does this happen when the device is disconnected from any network connection?

Would you mind letting us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far as well? This'll help us avoid repeating steps. If you're seeing any error messages, feel free to include them in your next reply, so that we can have a look too.
