My image for my own playlist isn't loaded. how do I fix this?

it keeps saying "Failed to save playlist changes. Please try again"
(yes, I really tried.)

try 1 - I've restarted every playlist and tried to make the same one again to see if I'm able to put an image for my playlist. it was a failure.

try 2 - log out and log into my account

try 3 - now reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing this and how to find the solution to this problem

Hey! Welcome to our community! Have you tried publishing your playlist from a different device? Like a computer, for example. I believe it will work. Spotify constantly undergoes updates in order to improve the user experience and sometimes there may be glitches, but rest assured, your application will soon be back to normal.
