My song has duplicated into two of the same song

My Question or Issue

I released my song "On The Regular" as a single on June 5, 2020. I put out an extended-play on October 23, 2020 with the same song on it. For some reason, the two releases are shown as completely separate tracks. There are no changes in the mix or length, it is the same song. This is my profile that shows in my top songs that there is two "On The Regulars."

 This is a photo of the two versions with different amounts of streams. I don't know if this is some type of distribution issue. I just want to combine the versions together along with the streams. Let me know how I could solve my issue!
