My song is on another artist's page

Hello, I just released a song, "Day After Day" on Spotify and it got placed under another person with the same name as me, Evan Berg. I have just tried to submit to Spotify's Metadata feedback, but when I try to submit my links, they don't recognize my artist page, nor the song I am trying to switch. Now I am unable to submit my artist/song change and am resorting to the forums in hope someone will help me.

Spotify’s working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with the Spotify team to make sure your profile gets fixed.
