Only a few songs are shuffling - not the entire playlist

In all my playlists, the same few songs are shuffling over and over, but I have way more songs in the playlists. Smart shuffle is not on when this happens, although the same thing happens either way.

That's an odd behavior since the shuffle function should be playing all the tracks of your playlist. So first, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
