Since yesterday our album is available on Spotify, but only 3 songs of 7 are playable, the rest is grey.
I also released it on Deezer an diTunes and there it's not a problem.
Does anyone know how to get this fixed?
I tried to contact Spotify, but no reaction.

Hello:
Let's see, looks to be this is self released? Do you happen to know which aggregate service your band used to provide the content to the Spotify service?
I did a look up using a service that uses the Spotify API, a web service to look up available content on the Spotify service. That release is currently available to these regions currently:
AR AU AT BE BO BR BG CA CL CO CR CY CZ DK DO DE EC EE SV FI FR GR GT HN HK HU IS IE IT LV LT LU MY MT MX NL NZ NI NO PA PY PE PH PL PT SG SK ES SE CH TW TR UY US GB AD LI MC ID
Not available: RO SI
Was there any unusual licensing issues going on with certain tracks on the release? Maybe the aggregate service that your band used is having some sort of issues with the content that was provided? You might check with the aggregate delivery service that made you band's content available to the Spotify service, and maybe they might know what is going on with your release on the Spotify service?
I can provide a couple of links to FAQ's for artists with questions about content being added to the Spotify service:
https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/I-m-an-artist-how-do-I-get-my-music-on-Spotify
http://www.spotifyartists.com/faq/
You can also get in touch with Spotify regarding any artist issues here: http://www.spotifyartists.com/contact-us/ please be extremely patient here when contacting in case of any backlogs with other artist issues.
What I can do is also tag in Spotify Mod @Rorey and see if he can maybe take a peek behind the scenes or get the content team to take a look here to see what might be the issue, in case there is some sort of meta data issues going on with certain tracks on that release, and how best for you in going forward in a fix. No guarantees though of a quick fix, just offering some methods and directions of a fix that can get this resolved for you.
Hi JayLB,
It was released via Routenote (website), I live in The Netherland (NL) so it shouldn't be a problem...
There's no unusuals licensing issue, these songs are all mine.
It would be a blast if you could help us out...
Thanks!
Danny
It seems that Spotify didn't receive the other four songs correctly, Routenote is sending them the audiofiles again, so the problem should be solved in 7 working days...
Fingers crossed.

Great news to read and all the best in the future. You might consider adding your music to this post here with your work on the Spotify service: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Music-Chat/Calling-Artists-Music-Makers/td-p/1317194
Also to ask did you intend to mark your own post as a solution?
