PBD Podcast "sorry we're not able to play this content" error

PBD Podcast "sorry we're not able to play this content" error

When I try to play the PBD Podcast on Spotify, I get "sorry we're not able to play this content". Every other podcast plays fine. The podcast plays fine in chrome player as well.

Thanks for reaching out!

Just to check, does the same thing happen on any other devices that you use Spotify on? Does connecting to another network make any difference? For example, you can try changing to another WiFi or connect to a hotspot created on your phone.

We also suggest that you try clearing stored cache from the app. Head over to this Support article to check the steps.

I tried after using my phone as a hotspot, still doesn't play, "Sorry, we're not able to play this content."

We also suggest that you try clearing stored cache from the app.
I tried this before coming to ask, nothing changed.

Thanks for the reply. If you use a VPN, disable it, as those are known to cause various problems with the app. Consider double checking the firewall settings related to Spotify as well, they might be blocking access in a weird way and causing this issue.
