My Question or Issue

I have signed up to the Blurry Creatures podcast members feed via supercast. However, I can’t access any members content via Spotify.
I follow the provided link, link my supercast and Spotify accounts but I get the message “

Your account is now linked to Spotify

Heads up — this didn't unlock access to any additional content. If that seems wrong, make sure your account details and payment method are up to date.”
And I now no access to the additional content (it works fine with Apple Podcasts)

I’ve reached out to supercast and they seem at a loss. We’ve tried everything, resets, reinstalls, the lot and still nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey @Ninja_Dave,

Thanks for the reply!

In this case it'd be best to reach out to the Spotify for Creators Support, since they have the necessary tools to look into this and assist you further.

Take care.

Hi there @Ninja_Dave,

Thanks for reaching out.

A possible explanation would be that you're logged into a different account somewhere. Consider checking these steps and trying to access the content on other devices too, such as the desktop app.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Joan,

I am definitely not logged into a different account somewhere, I've checked.

I've tried this on iPhone, MacBook (web app) and iPad but all have the same problem.
