My Question or Issue

I am trying to submit a song for playlist pitch and it won’t let me select a City.

I’ve tried every workaround on that post and it’s still not working, can someone from Spotify look into this and provide a resolution please?

Also having the same issue. Seems pitching a song is broken rn, some people are having outright error screens

'm having the same issue too! and i only have 3 days left to pitch. I spoke to customer support yesterday and they said the technical team are working on it. lets hope they do

Yep I spoke to them too and they said it’s being worked on but wouldn’t give a fix ETA. Hope it’s done before your deadline, we still have a week or so but at the moment we’re waiting with bated breath.

Having the same issue here! I also spoke to them and they said the problem should be fixed within 24 hours (24 hours just passed!)

I really hope it gets fixed soon so we all get our content pitched! Good luck everyone!

Thanks for getting in touch about this and apologies for the delayed reply. We just came across this thread. 

 

We can confirm that the right teams were aware of this happening and it should be fixed now. 

 

If you're still experiencing this, could you try again from an incognito window and a different browser? Also, if you're using a VPN, make sure to turn it off. 

 

If the issue persists, it's worth trying from a different device and using a different internet connection. 

 

Keep us posted on how it goes.

I am having the same problem now, partly I am glad to know that it is not an isolated problem, do you know if there will be any solution soon?

from 12 hours ago is broken, can´t show cities, can´t go forward

2024 and this is still happening. it's broken and I can't move forward

I've found a solution that worked for me: you have to change the language of the Spotify artists page to ENGLISH, in case it isn't already. And then, the city selection field works again. That's ridiculous, I know.
