Recently Added Songs Mixing Up

I've been having this problem for the past two months and it makes it hard for me to listen to songs ive recently added. When I add a song it (as it should) automatically drops to the bottom of my playlist (which is sorted in date added from oldest to newest), as of recently when i play any song at all in that playlist, the song that is playing will drop to the bottom of my playlist regardless if i added it months ago. This is quite annoying as it mixes up what ive recently added (which again is what I have it sorted to) to what ive recently listened to. If anyone has a solution please let me know

depends if you’re using a free account, spotify usually mixes up the songs if you are. check if you’re in shuffle as-well, that might be another reason why it’s doing that. don’t really know much but I hope this helped 🙂
