I’m having a major issue. I somehow got added to a bot playlist without my knowledge or consent. I don’t pay for playlisting or do anything that would violate terms of service. This is the second time this same group of scammers have done this. I’ve reported them before but nothing happens. I’m scared of getting my music taken down. I’m on disability and not doing to well and music is about all I have left. From doing a google search it seems they have a reputation for doing this to artists . It’s called Wavr AI.

Hey, good morning! In the attached link you can make your complaint. I hope it helps. Strong hug!
Yeah I’d filled that form out , and that’s when I got the response that couldn’t remove the song from the playlist. Well , can’t they delete the playlist?! I was told it was made private which is all well and good and everything , but it’s still getting plays from there
Hey good afternoon! Before a playlist is taken down, it first undergoes an investigation by the responsible team, to see if it is really being manipulated with actions outside the platform's guidelines. During this period, other complaints are also taken into account. The best thing right now is to wait. A big hug and I'm sorry I can't help with this case.
Looks like it’s taken care of! It’s off our discovered now too thankfully 😎
Huhu \o/! 🕺
My duo is having the same issue. We got added to a playlist that sure seems fraudulent, without asking for it and certainly not paying for it. But there is no way to use the contact form. There is a menu where You have to choose what to report, and there is no option for fake playlists.
Hello,
How would I report a playlist that I believe to be a bot playlist, but my song isn't actually added to? When I hit report on the Spotify app, it only gives me the options of reporting playlists for their name, image, or description. I had an encounter with this playlist who gave me an oddly specific number of streams per month, asking me to pay to be put onto the playlist.
Has anyone found a solution to this as Spotify are just washing their hands of this widespread issue. I've been added to a random botted 66k playlist without my knowledge and it's generating thousands of streams a day from a couple of alleged listeners in Finland. It's destroying my modest streaming and follower stats that I'd worked hard over a period of years to achieve through Facebook Ads and Social Media Campaigns. Botted playlists are so incredibly easy to see so I can't understand why Spotify's algorithms can't find them. Spotify appear to be taking the stance of ignoring the criminals and banning the victims. Most of the artists on this botted playlist have practically no followers and yet the song in the playlist has 100k+ streams and Spotify are doing nothing! This is revenue being stolen from legitimate artists.
Facing the same issue with my artist project. Can not see any solution to this and it breaks my heart.
Claim Type: Personal image / identity - cos that kinda is what's at stake.
Content Type you'd like to report: Playlist Image or Playlist Title? I think either one should work. The claim will still go through.
In the last little comment section - give a little description of whats happening. This should be sufficient? Hope that helps.
Of course no response because Spotify does not actually care, they block and remove artists, but let the playlists stay, does that make any sense??
Hello! It's time to fix this, there are many artists out there that still struggle with this issue. This always leads to screw our stats and our algo, that we all built with passion, dedication, time and money. It seems that as usually, you don't really care. Please find a solution, that is surely not taking down the music from the artist itself. Thanks
It's infuriating that Spotify hasn't made an easy way to report something like this. It's the ultimate bummer when something like this happens to your songs, destroys the organic engagement you've been building for so long.
we are exactly in the same position who did you wrote ?
This playlist has been adding people's music including mine without their consent for 2 years. Fix this and remove it or I will not be doing any business with spotify again.

Hey, I have been added twice now into botted playlists without my consent (in my case WAVR.AI).
(btw. obviously never paid for such services either, I want to build a community on my own.)
First time I contacted the Spotify for Artist support, they helped me quickly, removed my song and also deleted the playlist.
Now today I saw that I was in the same playlist again (or at least everything else looks the same) but with 20k more likes.
I contacted Spotify for Artists again, they said my song will be removed soon.
So I could count on Spotify for Artists so far, but the question is:
Will this go on forever?
I don't want to report botted playlist every 2 weeks, I want to make music
And what if I am on vacation and don't see that I was in a botted playlist, what if I get strikes or something like that for it?
I am kinda afraid about this.
Can we have a better solution?
Thanks!
I am an artist and it appears that we have yet again been added to a botted playlist without our awareness and consent.
This is absolutely frustrating and wholly unacceptable. This time we at least know what playlist we've been added to. It is Chartmob and based on looking through their many fake followers they appear to be associated with other problem playlists, Artister and RepostNG. I have observed many artists complain about Artister, in particular, on here, Reddit and other online forums.
I was about to contact Chartmob to request they remove our song. However, I only got our latest data update today and I am finding out that our song is no longer on the playlist.
Would anyone have other suggestions to best handle this matter? I am beyond irritated and disappointed about how little power we artists have to protect ourselves from this situation. If this continues to happen on Spotify we may have no other choice but to remove our entire catalogue from Spotify. Because, again, this is absolutely unacceptable. How can we prevent this from happening? Do we have ANY protections or better ways to communicate and connect with Spotify when this does happen?
I've just had the same thing happen to me with the same chartmob playlist, and before I could ask for the song to be removed, it wasn't on there anymore. I contacted Spotify once before when I was added to one of those scam playlists but I never got a response. You can report playlists as a listener, it would be useful if they could just add an option to report them in Spotify for Artists
