 Is there a way to return all of my delited songs?

Yes one can possible get deleted songs restored, but it does depend on where the songs where deleted from. Was an entire playlist deleted containing songs that you had created? Was songs deleted and removed from under YOUR MUSIC?

 

If this is just a case of a deleted playlist containing songs that was deleted, simply go to your account page here: https://www.spotify.com/account/recover-playlists/ and look for the playlist that was deleted in the listing provided and click on RESTORE next to the playlist name. The playlist should show up again on your account as a new playlist just under the word PLAYLISTS on the Spotify desktop apps. Might try a quick log out and log back into the Spotify app being used in case it does not show immediately.

 

If this was a case of songs removed from inside the playlist itself but not an entire playlist deletion, you will have to contact customer support for a playlist date/time restoration to get those songs back. Please include as close as possible the date and time when the song deletions may have occured, so a CS rep can restore the songs back in the playlist. "Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly."

 

If songs where removed from under YOUR MUSIC, you might try contacting customer support to see if they have a way of restoring these songs for your account, again include a date and time when the deletions might have occured.

Had to reboot my phone ,and lost all info plus pic. And play list. Been a member for years. Please help me. To much music I've lost.

Hello:

 

What is your phone device, and what Spotify app version do you have? A phone reboot should not have made everything disappear on the Spotify app as all that content is saved server side for users. The only way stuff is deleted is if the user manually deletes playlists and/or removes content saved from YOUR MUSIC.

 

It is possible you might have accidentally created a duplicate account and this is why you think everything is deleted? If this is the case of a duplicate account, you can contact customer support to check and get it straightened out here: "Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly."
