My Question or Issue

When I search for certain songs on my account the results are 'unavailable'. But if I search for the same songs on my partners phone, I can play them Does anyone know why this is? We're both on free accounts, similar phone, same location.

Thanks for your post here in the Community and welcome!

 

This is odd, so let's check what's happening. If you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps yet, we recommend starting with a clean reinstall. This might sound simple, but most of the times helps with this type of issues. And no worries, you won't lose any of your playlists or saved content. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try using a different internet connection and check if that makes a difference. It's also a good idea to log in with your account from a different device to see if the songs also show as unavailable. It could be your partner's phone.

 

Lastly, could you send over a screenshot of the results you get when searching a song? We'll take a look.
