Separate artist

Hi,

I have released an album with my band and it ended up on somebody else profile. I cannot claim the profile, because it is already claimed. Is there a way how to create a new artist profile with this album: https://open.spotify.com/album/4zXUQnJe3ftzjFkGCiqGfR ?

I cannot find how to do this, because on https://artists.spotify.com/c/content-mismatch, you need to have claimed profile, which I have not and I cannot claimed it because it is already claimed.
